A great journey through the music of the world, led by three extraordinary musicians.
Wanderers (Viandanti), celebrates music as an eternal, infinite metaphor of the journey: the journey of peoples who move (often driven by dramatic reasons) and on their way meet others (an encounter that can be peaceful coexistence or become a tragic clash ); the journey of cultures – starting with the musical ones – which influence and mix in different and surprising forms; the journey of the musicians who carry their music around; the long journey of those approaching knowledge (music is a form of knowledge); the journey of life for each of us.
The program will be full of surprises and, thanks to special versions and unpublished arrangements created for the occasion, will take you around the world between East and West, between South and North.
The three protagonists, international concert performers, teachers of the Nino Rota Conservatory, have the ability to be accomplices, play and understand each other on the fly, between the magic of sound and virtuosity. Alongside them are other musical travel companions, called to share the adventure and the celebration of rhythms and sounds of this very special evening with teachers and colleagues.
